Airline Component Services Ltd (ACS) does not permit the use of unsolicited bulk messages or spam to advertise or promote its website, products or services.

ACS does not authorise its employees, representatives, affiliates, contractors or third-party service providers to distribute unsolicited bulk email or other unsolicited electronic communications on its behalf.

Business and marketing communications are directed towards relevant organisations and contacts within the aviation industry and are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection, privacy and electronic marketing requirements.

ACS requires any third party acting on its behalf to comply with this policy and applicable legislation. Any misuse of the ACS name, website or services for unsolicited messaging is prohibited.
